Make up will actually deteriorate over time....u need to store ur make up always in a cool place.
moisturizer/base can only store 2- 3 years 
Face power can only store 3 years or more
eye shadow and blusher can store up to 3 years
eye liner canstore up to 3 years
mascara can only store up to 6 months
lipstick can only store only 2 years
sun screen can only store 3 months/
Brushes - wash once every 2 to 3 months
Sponges - wash weekly discard monthly
